Plans on construction of golf courses have been discussed already for several years. Thanks to the support of the Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu, a fan of golf, new courses will be constructed in Konakli. The project was also approved by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Municipality expects that the golf courses in Alanya will help to attract tourists all year round. It was planned to build golf courses in five towns: Avsallar, Mahmutlar, Okucalar, Kargicak, and Turkler. Now it is officially permitted to construct courses in Konakli and Okucalar.
Property in Alanya: prices in 2016
Growth rates of property prices in Alanya and Turkey are still rather high and Turkey is a leading country according to this criterion. Preparation works for EXPO 2016 are to be completed
The International exhibition EXPO 2016 is going to be opened in Antalya. The biggest part of preparation works has been completed. There remains only a small amount of work to be done - to finish construction of a special above-ground subway line which will improve the transport access to the exhibition.
This special line will connect the city centre, the Meydan Square, and the exhibition complex. The line will go along the D400 highway close to the airport, across Aksu disrict. It will be 18 km long. And there will be 15 stations.
One more news is that the exhibition tickets are available now. If you buy tickets for the whole family, you can get a 20% discount. You can also buy a season card which is valid during the whole exhibition. The tickets are available on the official exhibition website.
