It is enough to set up a Power of Attorney to handle all procedures of registrations (TAPU, water and electric meters, settlement, etc.), which Multivilla will be happy to arrange.
All non-Turkish nationals, now have the same right to obtain their title deeds as Turkish citizens. All these procedures can take as little as 3 – 7 days!
